FAQs
  • A venue coordinator works for the venue, not for you! A wedding coordinator/planner is working for you and has YOUR best interests at heart. They will work with you extensively before your wedding day to finalize every detail, and then be there day-of to make sure everything goes just as planned - from the start of hair & makeup in the morning through your send off. Your wedding coordinator will manage EVERYTHING (including your venue, vendors, and wedding party); will check in with you before your first dances, cake cutting, and toasts; and will help fix a broken button on your dress. A venue coordinator’s role is much more limited since they are there to manage the venue facilities, not your wedding. Also, not everyone venue coordinator is onsite during the entirety of your event and may be difficult to reach day-of!

  • Not at all! We offer wedding planning services with an eco-friendly flair, which means our weddings often feature sustainable practices but they aren’t zero waste or carbon neutral. There are so many ways to go green on your wedding day, and we enjoy finding eco-friendly practices that not only fit your style and budget, but enhance your wedding! We would never expect any of our clients to compromise their vision, and would never pressure anyone to make planning decisions that aren’t right for them. We want you to incorporate sustainability in ways that feel right to you!

  • We oversee and assist with setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and decor with the help of a few of your friends and/or family members; or you can book us for setup and breakdown and our team will do this for you!

Please note full setup and breakdown are included in our Full Service Package.

  • Most of our weddings are located in the Treasure Valley in southern Idaho, but we travel to McCall, Stanley, and Sun Valley areas! We are also happy to discuss planning services for any event within a six hour driving radius of Boise. Travel fees will apply for any wedding outside of the Treasure Valley.
