EVENT MANAGEMENT

$1800

You’ve already planned the wedding of your dreams, but you need help executing it. We’re here to ensure that everything goes seamlessly on your big day and all of your time, money, and planning is well spent!


Services provided at contract signing:
·  Comprehensive planning checklist
·  Scheduled check-in calls
·  Assistance creating your preliminary day-of timeline
·  Access to online planning software Aisle Planner

Services beginning at 6 weeks out:
·  Full coordinator access via text, email, and phone
·  3 scheduled planning meetings; including a final venue walk-through
·  Finalization of your day-of timeline
·  Easy-to-follow VIP timeline for you and your VIPs
·  Distribution of final timeline and confirmation of final details with vendors
·  Finalization of ceremony and reception floor plans
·  Help assigning day-of responsibilities (for rings, marriage license, etc)
·  Creation of a packing list for your wedding day
·  1 hour ceremony rehearsal management
·  Free sustainability consultation

On the big day:
·  10 hours of onsite coordination services from lead planner
·  Coordinate the ceremony and reception according to your timeline
·  Oversee and assist with the set up of your ceremony and reception decor
·  Set special items (such as cake cutting set, guestbook, toasting flutes, place cards)
·  Move decor from ceremony to reception area
·  Act as a point of contact and coordinator for vendors
·  Distribute day-of gratuity to vendors
·  Access to a fully stocked wedding day emergency kit
·  Assistance with decor and rental take-down and packing up of personal items after the event (if included in 10-hour window or added on)

PARTIAL PLANNING

This package is for the couple who already has some great ideas for their wedding and has started planning, but would love some guidance along the way. Typically these services start about six months out, but we are ready to jump in at any step and can customize this package based on your needs.


Services include everything in the Mint Package, plus:
·  Coordinator access via email and scheduled calls from contract signing
·  Access for an additional planning partner to Aisle Planner
·  Vendor recommendations and assistance booking remaining vendors
·  Budget consultation
·  Assistance with finalizing design plans
·  Assistance sourcing tables, linens, chairs, and decor
·  2 additional planning meetings
·  Creation of floor plans for both ceremony and reception

Additional Services: Full set up and/or take down of ceremony and reception tables, chairs, and decor

EMERALD

FULL-SERVICE PLANNING + DESIGN

$4000

This comprehensive planning package will save you energy, time, and money by investing in professional wedding planning and design services that begin at contract signing.


Services include everything in the Jade Package, plus:
·  Vendor communication, including inquiring and booking vendors; contract review; and confirming details prior to wedding day
·  Budget management
·  Design Services including: creation of the visual aspects of your wedding and sourcing of centerpieces, place settings, signage, and favors
·  Sourcing of all rentals including tables, linens, and chairs
·  Full day onsite coordination services from lead planner and up to two assistants
·  Full set up of your ceremony and reception chairs, tables, and decor
·  Full takedown of tables, chairs, and decor

DESIGN SERVICES

Starting at $600

You’ve already chosen your color palette, picked out your invitations, and have an idea of how you want your wedding to look, but still need help making it come together. We will help refine your vision so that your day is beautiful, cohesive, and uniquely yours! This package is an “add-on” to Event Management or Partial Planning services.

Design creation & curating services include:
·  Developing your wedding day vision into final, detailed plans for all of the visual aspects of your wedding including: linens, place settings, signage, favors, and other ceremony/reception decor
·  Centerpiece and floral design
·  Assistance with sourcing decor items and specialty rentals while keeping your budget and sustainability in mind

Our design services focus on creating more with less, while staying true to who you are as a couple. Our designs are minimal, organic, and elegant; yet with a comfortable and natural feel to them. We enjoy working with local rental companies, thrifting, borrowing, and repurposing.

SUSTAINABILITY CONSULT

$100

Did you know that the average wedding produces 400 pounds of trash? You may have had an idea if you’ve read this far! During this consultation, we will identify actionable steps to make your wedding or event more sustainable.

Consultation includes the following:
·  Pre-meeting questionnaire
·  2 hour meeting during which we will discuss high-impact ways to make your event more environmentally friendly via: Food & Beverage, Flowers, Decor, and Rentals
·  If time allows, your choice of additional conversation topics including: Attire, Jewelry, Beauty, Transportation, Stationery, Favors, Registry, and/or Carbon Offsets
